Program and Outreach Manager

Position Title: Program and Outreach Manager – Community Access Program
Reports to: Vice President, Institutional Advancement

This full-time position is responsible for managing the Community Access Program, a three year grant funded initiative to offer family memberships to employees of partner institutions (Atlanta Public Schools, Grady Health Systems, MARTA, and City of Atlanta).

Primary responsibilities are as follows:
Work with the Vice President of Institutional Advancement, Program Services Coordinator, internal staff and partner organizations to establish and support the structure of the program.
Build relationships with key personnel at each partner organization to facilitate clear and effective communication in support of the program
Conduct engagement and outreach activities and initiatives for employees eligible to enroll in the program
Lead the program to support robust enrollment and participation throughout its three-year duration.
Maintain strong, quantitative data of program statistics
Manage and maintain appropriate reporting and accounting of the program.

Position Requirements: The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three-five years of experience in either community engagement or advancement; experience in both is strongly preferred. The position requires excellent written and oral communications and interpersonal skills, strong project and time management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver excellent member service. Experience working with volunteers is a plus.

The ideal candidate will be results-oriented with excellent organization and planning skills, a self-starter, and a team player with energy, enthusiasm, and flexibility. Strong interpersonal and presentation skills and full computer proficiency are required. Competency with Raiser’s Edge preferred. The position requires an undergraduate degree.
