Are you a Chocoholic? Do you ever wonder how you can sneak chocolate into your savory dishes?  In this Chef's Table class, learn how to create an entire meal with chocolate.

The menu for the class includes: Cocoa Calamari with White Chocolate & Lemon, Baby Greens with Cocoa Nibs, Toasted Almonds, Sliced Apples & Dark Chocolate Balsamic, Chocolate & Coffee Braised Short Rib with Polenta & Crispy Onions, and Flourless Chocolate Cake with Whip Cream & Sweet Berries.
