Enjoy the full flavors of fall in the Edible Garden Outdoor Kitchen as Chef Jordan Wakefield prepares four small plates, each paired with an Oktoberfest beer. Fresh herbs and vegetables from the Garden will balanec the richness of pork in each course.
The menu includes Beer Braised Homemade Sausage, Pork Osso Bucco and French Toast with Applewood Bacon Ice Cream.
