Drop-In Family Program

Saturday - Sunday, September 12 - 13
noon - 2 p.m.

Build and create delicious treats out of chocolate morsels and other sweet treats!

Thursdays, May - September
10:30 a.m.

Hidden treasure awaits youngsters in the Garden! A search for something golden or sparkly begins in the Levy Parterre.

Fridays, March - September
10:30 a.m.

Join a sensory exploration of the Garden! Parents and caregivers of young children are invited for this short interactive walking tour.

Saturdays, May - September
10:30 a.m. or 11:30 a.m.

Enjoy a variety of live performances from some of Atlanta’s best storytellers and musicians in the Children’s Garden.

Wednesday, September 30
9 a.m. - noon

The Garden hosts an exciting day of tours and activities exclusively for homeschool groups and families.

Sunday, October 25
10 a.m. - 4 p.m.

Bring young goblins dressed in their Halloween best to show off on the Goblin Runway, participate in fall-themed crafts, listen to stories, ride a pony or hop on board the Ride-on-Train!

Wednesdays, April - October
10:30 - 11 a.m.

Listen to stories about bees, butterflies, frogs and flowers!

Drop-In Family Program

Saturday, November 14
10 - 11 a.m.

Meet the plants behind your favorite holiday scents, test your sense of smell, and craft a fragrance to take home.

Fee: $6/child plus Garden admission (Members $5/child)

The Botanical Express

Weekends & Select Weekdays

10 a.m. - 4 p.m.

All aboard The Botanical Express! The popular children's ride-on-train is set to depart on a journey in the Garden.

Saturdays, November 28 - December 19
10 a.m. - 2 p.m.

Meet Saint Nick clad in his dark green robe and botanical head wreath. Bring a camera to take your own photos.

Monday - Tuesday, January 4 - 5
9 a.m. - noon

Join us for a winter adventure in the Garden. Campers will discover winter's botanical beauties and learn about winter wildlife. Enjoy two glorious mornings of exploration, activities and artwork.
