Well-Seasoned Chef Series

Atlanta

Join some of Atlanta’s finest chefs for an intimate culinary experience. Learn from the best as they prepare a four-part small plates menu featuring food responsibly harvested from local farmers and the Garden. Seasonal wine is served with meals.

In 2018, the dinner classes will be offered in two different locations while expansions are progressing for the new Center for Southeastern Conservation. In the fall, chefs will demonstrate their dishes on the Rooftop Terrace located above Longleaf Restaurant.

Registrants may choose to sign up for sessions individually or for an entire series of six sessions.
