Questions About the Parade?
In addition to regular human admission, it is $15/dog to register a dog in advance and $18/dog at the door. Pre-registration deadline is November 28. Only pre-registered dogs can participate in the parade and space is limited, so register early!
Dogs compete in the following categories:
Dogs older than 18 months
Dogs under 18 months
Dress up in a plant themed costume, such as a flower, Christmas tree, poinsettia, and mistletoe.

Two or more dogs walking across the stage together

Dog and owner dressed similarly

Know Before You Go
Check-in begins at 10 a.m. on the day of the event. All dogs must be pre-registered to participate in the parade, limited to 125 dogs. Walk-ups are $18 per dog on the day of the event.
No more than four dogs permitted per registration, no more than two dogs permitted per visitor. Dogs must be current on all vaccinations and have a current rabies registration tag attached to the collar. Tags must be worn at all times.
Dogs must be leashed at all times and under the control of their handlers. Agressive dogs are not permitted and the Garden reserved the right to refuse entry or to remove any dog thought to be dangerous.
There are no refunds or exchanges. Rain or Shine. No re-entry. Walk-up dogs may not compete for prizes or participate in the parade. Regular Garden admission applies for humans and handlers. Guest passes and membership cards are accepted for human entry. No weapons of any kind are permitted inside the Garden.
