$50 per entry. Separate payment is required for each application.

Booth Spaces
Vendor spaces are approximately 10' x 10'. You may apply for multiple spaces. All entrants should bring their own displays, tables, chairs, tents, etc.
There are no guarantees on the location of booths.

You are responsible for collecting and reports Georgia Sales Tax (7% on all sales, if applicable)

Artisans in the Gainesville and metro Atlanta area who produce nature-themed works are welcome to submit applications. The Garden has the exclusive right to interpret festival rules and to require you to remove unacceptable material/activity that does not complete with the theme and to forfeit future participation.

Vendors and one assistant per vendor may enter the Garden free of charge.
All others must pay standard admission rates: Adults, $8, Child 3-12, $5
Children under 3 and Garden members recieve free admission.

Woodland Ramble Arts & Crafts Market

The Woodland Ramble Arts & Crafts Market at the Atlanta Botanical
Garden Gainesville on Saturday, Oct. 7, 2017 offers local craftspeople the
opportunity to showcase and sell their nature-themed works in a beautiful garden environment. Please fill out and submit the application below by Sept. 1, 2017.

Atlanta Botanical Garden Gainesville makes final interpretation of all rules.
No refunds will be given if you do not show, must cancel, or are removed for any reason. In the event of unforeseen circumstances,the festival may be terminated at the discretion of the Atlanta Botanical Garden Gainesville or government officials.

No refunds for bad weather. No guarantees on booth location. No manufactured products, kit jewelry, production clothing, art supplies, or any
other bought-for-resale or non-handmade items may be sold.

No sound equipment (such as speakers, stereos or instruments) allowed. No alcoholic beverages. No paintings reproduced from the works of masters, from advertisements, or from widely circulated photographs or offset prints.

No dealer or agent may stand in proxy for artists. Applicants are responsible for collecting and reporting 7% Georgia sales tax No materials or activities that distract from the market’s theme.

Release & Indemnity Agreement

I hereby release, acquit, and forever discharge the Atlanta Botanical Garden Gainesville, its agents, servants, employees, successors, and assigns, and all other persons, firms, and corporations (collectively the Entities”) from and against any and all actions, causes of action, claims, demands, damages, costs, loss of services, expenses, and compensation, which I may acquire or accrue, arising out of any events taking place May 6, 2017 or other wise connected with the Spring Woodland Ramble Arts & Crafts Market. I will indemnify the Entities from all of the attorney’s fees, costs, and expenses they incur in conjunction with asserting a claim against the undersigned for indemnity. I also understand that I am responsible for any Revenue an/or Sales Tax applicable for items sold at the 2017 Spring Woodland Ramble Arts & Crafts Market and none of the Entities have any responsibility or liability for said Revenue and/or Sales Tax. I agree to the terms stated above by submitting my application.
