Carr joined the Garden in 2002 and is responsible for leading the development of the Garden’s brand identity including public relations, website development and management, promotions, advertising and marketing research. She also directs the Guest Experience and Gift Shop teams. She is a past president of the American Public Gardens Association. Before joining the Garden, Carr spearheaded a successful branding effort for the Atlanta Community Food Bank. A New York native, she formerly worked in advertising and marketing for Condé Nast and Food and Wine magazine.
