Get ready for preserving early summer fruits by learning how to prepare jams and more.  Learn through a small class demonstration and instruction.  All the steps in processing jars in a hot water bath will be discussed.  Recipes will be shared and you’ll walk away with a jar of freshly canned fruit preserve.

 

Schedule: Sunday, April 28, 2-4 p.m.

Fee: $45 (Members $40)
