Immerse yourself in a semi-hands-on dinner experience inspired by the spring equinox & Persian New Year (Nowruz) with Chef Naina Bhedwar of Kesar Kitchen. The Chef draws on her Persian ancestry to prepare one of her favorite Nowruz recipes, ash-e-reshteh.
This lush, vegetarian herb-and-noodle soup is very traditional for the time of year. Chef Naina guides you through the process of making this hearty meal in a bowl. The evening culminates in a sit-down dinner together to enjoy the recipe, an appetizer, and dessert with a glass of wine and great company.
