Learn as Chef Nicholas Anthony from Delbar Inman Park and Chef Frank Kim from Bibi Eatery prepare a four-part menu with wines to enhance the flavors of seasonal and local produce in the Edible Garden Outdoor Kitchen.

The chef line-up is announced online in late March, and open seats are available to purchase starting on April 1 via the Outdoor Kitchen phone line. Registrations are processed in the order they are received.

About Chef Frank Kim

Frank Kim is the Chef / General Manager at Bibi Eatery at Ponce City Market. He is a native of Fullerton, California and a graduate of California State Fullerton University with a degree in Business Entrepreneurship. His culinary journey began in 2018 when he left a 10-year career in the automotive industry to pursue his passion to be a chef. Notable recent positions include Sous Chef at THE IBERIAN PIG (Castellucci Hospitality Group) and at Michelin-rated THE ALDEN (Chef Jared Hucks).

About Chef Nick Anthony

Nick Anthony is the Chef De Cuisine at Delbar’s Inman Park Location. He is an Atlanta native and has been in the culinary world of metro Atlanta for almost 20 years, spending most of his time cooking pizza and Italian food. Before starting at Delbar he was a chef at 9 Mile Station on The Roof at Ponce City Market.
