Here is everything to know about attending Concerts in the Garden.

Gates open at 7 p.m., show start at 8 p.m.
(Platinum gates open thirty minutes before General Admission)

FOOD & BEVERAGE
Outside food, beverages and coolers are NOT permitted. Empty water bottles are permissible and refillable at the Garden's water stations. Beer, wine, soft drinks, bottled water and a limited food menu are available for purchase. Please note: Longleaf will not be open for dinner on concert nights. Quick Café and the Snack Bar will be open, however.

WEATHER
All shows are rain or shine. Umbrellas are permitted at user's own risk. Every effort is made to continue with the show during rain. No refunds are issued in the event that extreme weather causes a cancellation. Check the Garden's homepage for up-to-the-minute information on the night of a performance.

PARKING
Extremely limited $10 on-site parking ($5 for 4 or more people per vehicle) is available onsite in the SAGE Parking Facility on a first-come, first-serve basis. Multi-Visit SAGE Parking Passes are valid on concert nights. Please consider alternative means of transportation.

Use a rideshare app and save! At the drive-in entrance gates, all visitors who arrive at Concerts in the Garden in Atlanta via Uber, Lyft, or other rideshare app, will receive a card that entitles its holder to special entry at the green carpet by the Mershon Hall General Admission entrance at 7:00 p.m. and a complimentary bottle water.

SEATING
All tickets are general admission on the Great Lawn in Atlanta.For your own safety, firearms are not allowed in the Garden so please allow time for entering because all bags will be checked thoroughly by security. Blankets are welcome. For the enjoyment of all, lawn chairs must have low backs (below the neck) and legs shorter than 10 inches (a basketball can't roll under). Lawn chair restrictions will be strictly enforced. The Great Lawn is wheelchair accessible.

WILL CALL
Tickets purchased online may be picked up at Will Call. Will Call is located at Garden Admissions. For 8 p.m. shows, will call is available 6 - 9 p.m. For 7 p.m. shows, it's available 5 - 8 p.m. Be ready with a photo ID, the card used to purchase the tickets and the order number.

CHILDREN & PETS
Children ages two or younger receive free admission. All others require a ticket. Please use your best judgment when bringing a child to a concert; sound levels may be too much for tiny ears and consider the experience for those around you. The only pets allowed on Garden grounds are special-assist animals.

SMOKING
The Garden is a nicotine-free environment. Cigarettes, electronic cigarettes, cigars, chewable tobacco and similar products are not allowed on Garden property including all grounds, buildings, restrooms and parking areas.

PHOTOGRAPHY
At the request of the artists, photography is not allowed during any concert at the Garden. Please leave your camera at home. The Garden is not responsible for any stored or confiscated photo equipment.

Shows start at 8 p.m. and gates open at 5:30 p.m. Gates open at 5:00 pm for Platinum ticket holders.

FOOD & BEVERAGE
Outside food, beverages and coolers are NOT permitted in the Garden or on the shuttles. Bottled water is permitted on shuttles. Beer, wine, soft drinks, bottled water and light snacks are available for purchase onsite. Full dinners from Talk of the Town are available for pre-order. Meals must be ordered by 12 p.m. on the Thursday before the concert.

PARKING & SHUTTLES
No parking onsite (cars with handicap stickers are allowed). All parking is offsite at Lakeview Academy (796 Lakeview Dr Gainesville, Ga 30501) . Shuttles begin departing at 5:30 p.m. for General Admission ticket holders and 5:00 p.m. for Platinum Ticket holders. Other than a bottle of water, food and beverage are not permitted on the shuttles. Concert goers may also walk from Liberty Gas ( 1764 Cleveland Hwy Gainesville, Ga 30501) to the concert and back: Follow the green and white flags across the Forest Service parking lot, turn right on Lakehill Drive, then left on Randall Street to the entrance gate.

SEATING
All tickets are general admission at the Ivester Amphitheater in Gainesville. Blankets are welcome. For the enjoyment of all, lawn chairs must have low backs (below the neck) and legs shorter than 10 inches (a basketball can't roll under). Low-rise chairs are available for purchase on site. Lawn chair restrictions will be strictly enforced, and taller chairs will be asked to move to a designated area. The Ivester Amphitheater is wheelchair accessible.
