This is a popular, vigorous climbing rose that can grow to 20 feet. Almost completely thornless, the cultivar ‘Lutea’ features a profusion of showy double yellow flowers about ¾” wide. The rose is named for Lady Banks, the wife of the botanist Sir Joseph Banks, who introduced the species to the Kew Botanic Garden in 1807.
