We are excited to offer two weeklong day camp sessions this summer! Garden Magic Camp fosters a fun creative environment for kids to get excited about the science and magic of nature with STEM-based activities. Individuals may not sign up for both weeks as space is limited to 15 campers per week.
Schedule of Activities
- Monday is for leaves! Leaf rubbing and chlorophyll painting.
- Tuesday is roots and storage with an erosion demo and experiments covering the types of roots
- Wednesday is flowers and pollination including flower dissection and creating flower cloud dough
- Thursday is all about helpful critters in the garden, when campers create a toad abode and meet our beekeepers
- Friday is our FUN DAY when, weather pending, campers play in the Children’s Garden water features and create their own fairy terrarium to take home.
Schedule: July 17 – 21 OR July 24 – 28, 9 a.m. – 1 p.m.
Ages: 6 – 9
Fee: $275 per child ($245 Members)
