A terrarium is a miniature, self-sustaining ecosystem and a beautiful, practical way to bring plant life into the home or office. You will build a terrarium using a variety of tiny, adorable plants, mosses and decorative stones.

Terry Furuta, of Terry Furuta Designs, is a seasoned floral design pro with 45 years of experience. She is a professor of the Ikenobo School of Ikebana whose principles inspire her designs. Her arrangements have received numerous awards at the Southeastern Flower Show and Atlanta Orchid Society Show. For the past 10+ years she has volunteered at the Fuqua Orchid Conservatory creating orchid displays as well as volunteering in other parts of the Atlanta Botanical Garden.
