Does the Atlanta Botanical Garden provide event staffing?
- The Atlanta Botanical Garden provides a sales coordinator, Garden event logistics coordinator, day-of event lead and check-in staff for your private event. The event lead will act as the Garden’s on-site contact during your event. The Garden can also provide necessary bartending staff for contracted private event bars at a separate hourly rate. Are there any restrictions on decorations?
- All decorations brought into the Garden must be free-standing. We do not allow items to be staked into the ground or attached to any Garden structure or plant material. Due to the sensitivity of the Garden, throwing or placing rice, confetti, birdseed, flower petals (natural or artificial) and the use of sparklers or balloons are strictly prohibited.
How far in advance can I book my event?
- Due to high demand at the Atlanta Botanical Garden, clients are encouraged to book events as early as possible. We require a minimum of two weeks advance notice when booking a private event.
Are there any other rules I should be aware of?
- The Atlanta Botanical Garden is a non-smoking, nicotine-free facility. This includes cigars, chewable tobacco, e-cigarettes, vaping and any illegal substances.
