This showy rock garden plant has orange tubular flowers arranged in repeating whorls around each stem. The bright orange blooms attract birds (a magnet for hummingbirds), bees and butterflies to the garden, yet deer seem to leave it alone. This easy-to-grow plant needs minimal additional water once established.
