Tai Chi for health, developed by Dr. Paul Lam, is a slow, gentle form that is designed to help improve balance and many other aspects of health. It is unlike many forms of Tai Chi in that it is a low-impact activity, it is perfect for anyone who wants to “keep moving”. Everyone can do this form of Tai Chi. It can be done standing, seated, or even lying down. No previous experience is necessary to enjoy and benefit from these sessions.
