Noel Barnes
Noel Barnes joined the Garden in May 2024. He brings a wealth of finance and operational leadership to the position, spanning more than 25 years in both the nonprofit and for-profit worlds.
Barnes previously served as Strategic Business Advisor and partner with B2B CFO, providing advisory services to small and mid-size privately held for-profit and nonprofit businesses for developing efficient and effective financial systems. Before that, he served for three years as CFO of Canterbury Court, a full-service senior living community in Atlanta, following six years as CFO of the Woodruff Arts Center, the country’s third largest arts center.
In addition, Barnes has worked with early-stage private equity-backed international software companies as Chief Administrative and Financial Officer for Edge Capital Partners LLC.
Barnes is active in the metro-Atlanta business community, including serving as board chair of Leadership Perimeter, a professional organization that provides strategic leadership development in the central Perimeter area.
