The Atlanta Botanical Garden presents a special outdoor concert by legendary singer/songwriter Melissa Etheridge on Friday, Sept. 30 at 8 p.m.
An Evening with Melissa Etheridge: One Way Out Tour will be staged on the Great Lawn, where guests are invited to relax with an intimate experience under the stars. Seating is general admission, and ticket holders are welcome to bring blankets or low-rise chairs. Card-only bars and food purchases will be available.
The performance is presented with support from Genoa Construction.

Member tickets go on sale Tuesday, July 12. General Admission tickets go on sale Friday, July 15. The Garden is the only official sales venue for this performance. Admission purchased from a third party is never guaranteed. All purchases are final. No refunds or rain checks.
Purchase tickets online or in person at Garden Admissions. Garden members present membership card at Admissions or enter their member number online to receive the $5 discount per ticket. Platinum tickets grant early admission through the Hardin Visitor Center, reserved parking and concierge service for any pre-ordered food. They are available to Garden members at the Donor-level and above only and may be purchased online or by calling 404-591-1539.
Children ages two or younger receive free admission. All others require a ticket. Please use your best judgment when bringing a child to a concert. Sound levels may be too much for tiny ears.

Showtime
Doors open to Platinum ticket holders at 6:30 p.m. General Admission begins at 7 p.m. The performances starts at 8 p.m.
Seating
All tickets are general admission on the Great Lawn. Blankets are welcome. For the enjoyment of all, lawn chairs must have low backs (below the neck) and legs shorter than 10 inches (a basketball can’t roll under). Lawn chair restrictions will be strictly enforced. The Great Lawn is wheelchair accessible. The Garden kindly asks that all concert attendees be courteous to guests sitting around you. If you plan to stand or dance while the audience remains seated, please do so near the edges of the Great Lawn as to not block the view of others.
Parking
Onsite parking is extremely limited. Admission to the SAGE parking facility is $10 ($5 for vehicles with four or more people). Parking is first-come-first-served. Multi-visit SAGE Parking Passes are valid on concert nights. Please consider alternative means of transportation for the most efficient entry.
Food and Beverage
Outside food, beverages and coolers are NOT permitted. Empty, reusable water bottles are permissible and refillable at the Garden’s water stations. Beer, wine, soft drinks, bottled water and a limited food menu are available for purchase onsite. Please note: Longleaf will not be open for dinner. The Quick Café and Snack Bar will be open.
Weather
This concert is rain or shine. Umbrellas are permitted at user’s own risk. Every effort is made to continue with the show during rain. No refunds are issued in the event that extreme weather causes a cancelation. Check the Garden’s homepage for timely information on the night of the performance.
Security
For your safety, firearms are not allowed in the Garden. Please allow additional time for security bag checks for weapons and outside food or drink.
Kids and Pets
Children two or younger receive free admission. Only certified service animals are allowed in the Garden.
Smoking
The Garden is a smoke-free environment. Cigarettes, vapes, cigars, chewable tobacco and similar products are not allowed on Garden property, including all grounds, buildings, restrooms and parking areas.
Photography
At the request of the artist, photography is not allowed. The Garden is not responsible for any stored or confiscated photo equipment.
