Hybrid or Open Pollinated? Seed coat? Cotyledon? Many of the vegetable varieties we use today have been passed down from generation to generation but many find the art of seed saving difficult, intimidating or time-consuming. This introductory class will explore the various parts of the seeds, plant selection, collecting, preparing and storing seeds helping to build confidence in this time-honored aspect of regenerative agriculture.
