Contributing-level members and above are invited to a special behind-the-scenes presentation from Kathryn Masuda, Senior Manager of Youth Programs at the Atlanta Botanical Garden. Before environmental stewards are made, they must first love being outside. They need to play, explore, and wonder with the wind in their hair. The Atlanta Botanical Garden creates opportunities for kids to connect with plants, have fun memories outdoors, and discover the joys of nature. Come learn how the Garden designed our Children’s Garden to foster connection and how we create programming that promotes awareness and appreciation of the natural world while enjoying light refreshments.
