Dig deep into the world of edible gardening in this exciting workshop for students ages 6–16! “Rooted in Learning” gives young gardeners the chance to explore how food grows—from planting seeds to harvesting delicious, fresh produce. Through hands-on activities, participants will gain practical gardening skills, discover the importance of sustainability, and learn how to grow their own food at home or school. No matter your student’s interests, this class offers a fun and educational experience to ignite curiosity.
This class will be held outside at the demonstration edible garden in the parking lot extension. In the event of poor weather, the class will be canceled. Contact rabdou@atlantabg.org with any questions.
