Voice in the Garden is a 50-minute wellness class led by chair of the Department of Music at Brenau University, Barbara Steinhaus, DMA, C-AIM, CTM, that introduces participants to breathing, humming, and vocal toning techniques designed to support relaxation, self-care, and overall well-being. Held indoors, this engaging experience encourages participants to bring a fitness mat for comfortable seated practice during this class.

Schedule: Sunday, Sept 13, 2  – 3 p.m.
Fee: $35 non-members ($30 members)
