Safeguarding Database

The Garden maintains a database on behalf of the Georgia Plant Conservation Alliance that houses information on rare plant collections, as well as material that has been reintroduced into the wild. The Safeguarding Database provides a central repository for ex situ collections, in situ augmentations and reintroductions, repeated monitoring data and survivorship, and collaborative management for priority species across Georgia and the Southeast.
