• Egg salad on brioche topped with caviar house-made crème fraîche and local microgreens
• Beef tartare beef tenderloin, capers dijon, fresh herbs and house-made aioli
• Pork Belly B.L.T. heirloom tomato, local lettuce, Peruvian spiced slow-cooked pork belly, herbed aioli
• Mini Benedict poached quail egg, Benton’s ham mousse, pimento cheese hollandaise
Sweet bites:
• Chef selection of macrons, bonbons and chocolate truffles
• Selection of cakes including pistachio, yuzu gateau and raspberry lemon
