Family Yoga is a wonderful opportunity for people of all levels to come together and experience a joyful, fun and uplifting practice. These classes are designed for all ages and abilities with plenty of modifications as needed. Please bring a yoga mat and any props you may need to be comfortable on the floor. The ticket price is for 1 adult and 2 children.
