About Chef Anïsa

Anïsa is an established home cook and Farm to School Lunch Lady who can’t stop giving people unsolicited advice about cooking. She wholeheartedly believes that everyone can and should be able to make their favorite things at home. Since the pandemic happened, many of us have been doing just that…or trying at least. If you are stumped at how to create your favorite flavors or you are curious to know how to create new ones, you’ve landed in the right place. Anïsa is here to help educate and inspire you in the Outdoor Kitchen.
