Enjoy a variety of live performances by some of Atlanta’s most beloved children’s musicians and storytellers in this engaging series. Shows take place Fridays, May through September at 10 and 10:45 a.m.
Join us for the immersive storytelling of Donna Kokumo Buie, (aka. Mama Koku). Young audience members will become fairies, trolls, gnomes and friendly little goblins who join together in painting flowers, planting seeds and gathering sun rays and raindrops to make the garden beautiful. Mama Koku is an accomplished writer, performer and teacher throughout Atlanta and beyond. She is a member of the Kuumba Storytellers of Georgia, The National Association of Black Storytellers, and the Southern Order of Storytellers.
Free with Garden Membership or Admission; no show reservations are required. However, we recommend reserving your timed Admission tickets at least 15 minutes prior to show times, as the performance area is a short walk from the Garden entrance.
