Enjoy a variety of live performances by some of Atlanta’s most beloved children’s musicians and storytellers in this engaging series. Shows take place Fridays, May through September at 10 and 10:45 a.m.
The story of “Contrary Mary’s Garden” comes to life through the immersive storytelling of Donna Kokumo Buie, (aka. Mama Koku), author of Little Black Fairy and Other Very Fairy Stories, Poems, Rhythms & Rhymes. Young audience members will become the seeds, soil, sun, water, and of course the many flowers of this classic nursery rhyme! Mama Koku is an accomplished storyteller, writer, and teaching artist throughout Atlanta and beyond.
Free with Garden Membership or Admission; no show reservations are required.
