Each Saturday and Sunday at 11:30 a.m. or 12:30 p.m. during Spring, Summer and Fall. In the Edible Garden Outdoor Kitchen, the Garden Chef Demos showcase fresh seasonal fruits, vegetables and herbs in simple and mouthwatering recipes. Jacob Rich is a chef originally from Boston, Massachusetts with a degree in culinary nutrition. He worked in restaurants and cooked all over the East Coast until transitioning to sports nutrition. He moved to Atlanta in 2023 and loves exploring the restaurants and culture of the Georgia food scene.

This state-of-the-art open-air kitchen is home to a variety of tasty programs featuring fresh herbs and vegetables straight from the Edible Garden, including weekend cooking demonstrations May – October, and the chef-driven spring/summer dinner series Well-Seasoned Chef and Fresh Plates.
