Get an introduction to baking with gluten-free flours and learn the qualities that individual flours bring to a blend. Sample a few of the chef’s favorite gluten-free recipes and get tips for using both gluten-free and non-gluten-free flour recipes. At the end of the class, roll up your sleeves and make your own gluten-free flour blend to take home. If you have your own digital scale already, please bring it to class! This class is ideal for beginner to intermediate bakers.
